This Return and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returns and refunds at instatto.com We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, even when you need to return an item.

- Items must be unused and in original packaging

- Items must be in resalable condition

- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Discounted or sale items (unless defective)

- Full refund or replacement available
- Shipping costs covered for defective items

2. Wait for return authorization
3. Receive return shipping instructions

- Customer responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective items)

- Package items securely in original or similar packaging
